- Assist in managing the overall accounting operations of the business, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and standards.
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports to provide insight into the financial performance of the trading business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and ensure that all financial data is entered into the company's accounting software.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget and monthly forecasts.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
