1. Responsible to all activities and supervision of WM consumable & technical store.
2. Preparing and forward Job Closing (Parts NCDN) on monthly basis.
3. Verify and forward Purchase Requisition to purchase department bases on MRP for consumable items.
4. Prepare and forward purchase requisition to purchase department according to requirement of user department for machine & spare, tools & equipment & project items.
5. Responsible to accurate receiving of materials from purchase department according to Demand, DC, Arrival Notice.
6. Goods receiving note generate in SAP WMS system.
7. Arrangement for inspection of materials from user side for import items within 3 days & for local within 1day.
8. Prepare and forward Stock & Issuance report on monthly basis or on requirement.
9. Manage & maintain the company's material and stocks of consumable/ spare's inventory including stock profile and stock location.
10. Endorsement of all documents to finance after physical verification and record keeping.
11. Implement improvement process and systems to reduce inventory, minimize cost and maximize working capital.
12. Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system.
13. Have a detailed understanding of MRP and inventory control/management system and ERP.
14. Provide any other duty given by 2nd Manager / HOD Inventory.
