- To control the overall quality line.
- To attend daily morning meeting & discuss over all problems of last day and openly guide to all the workers especially operators to control these problems.
- Attempt to reduce Rejection & Rework rate by keeping Quality objectives/Targets in mind.
- To conduct the Patrolling Inspection of REF Assembly line & also perform the patrolling inspection of other section incase of absence.
- To visit indoor line to check the working conditions are good for working, if find any problem then to guide the responsible person on the spot.
- To check “MRN” w.r.t rejection quantity before returning the parts according to quality record.
- To give on job training of new quality inspectors of AC regarding work instructions w.r.t station and working schedule according to our quality plan.
- To give on job training to the production associates w.r.t their mistakes/carelessness in the process.
- To verify the data of job records on daily basis before the preparation of DIR.
- To co-operate with internal and external audit team and help out production and quality team to remove their objections immediately.
- To prepare daily rejection report of REF line.
- To take corrective actions again the issues highlighted during production.
- To submit CAR from to update any work instruction or standards on the line.
- To communicate the important issues to the senior level personal.
- To implement the Quality standards on the REF assembly line.
- To perform any other duty as assigned by the Quality Officer/Executive.
