Mechanical Engineer

H&M Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and possesses strong expertise in finite element analysis, product lifecycle management, thermodynamics, and manufacturing processes. This role involves designing, analyzing, and improving mechanical components and systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The Mechanical Engineer works alongside cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet both quality and production standards without managing a team. The successful applicant applies advanced mechanical engineering principles and tools such as SolidWorks Simulation and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis to optimize product designs and troubleshoot issues in the manufacturing cycle. Responsibilities include assessing the performance of parts through simulations, supporting quality control initiatives, and utilizing CNC machining and other cutting-edge technologies to streamline production. Additionally, knowledge of emerging technologies like machine learning and Ai Gyeser enhances the ability to innovate within the role, further supporting the companys commitment to excellence in engineering and manufacturing.
Responsibilities

Design, analyze, and optimize mechanical components and systems using engineering principles and simulation tools.
Perform finite element analysis (FEA) to assess stress, strain, and deformation of materials and structures.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept through production by utilizing product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
Apply thermodynamics and fluid mechanics concepts to improve product performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop effective and efficient manufacturing processes including CNC machining.
Conduct thorough quality control inspections to ensure products meet stringent quality and safety standards.
Utilize Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify potential failure points and implement corrective actions.
Run simulations in SolidWorks Simulation and other engineering software to validate design choices.
Integrate emerging technologies such as Ai Gyeser and machine learning techniques to enhance design and production processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve engineering problems throughout the product development lifecycle.
Document engineering activities and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and management.
Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to maintain competitive engineering capabilities.
