Account Manager

H&M Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager with a foundational background in accounting and finance. This role requires expertise in IFRS reporting and financial statements preparation, alongside proficiency in accounting software such as SAP and Oracle Financials. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience and hold a CA (Inter) or ACCA qualification. The position involves managing accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting general ledger maintenance within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role does not involve team management but demands strong individual accountability and excellent organizational skills. The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's financial operations by reconciling bank accounts, preparing tax reports and filings timely, and ensuring all financial transactions adhere to relevant accounting standards. The successful candidate must be adept at interfacing with different finance systems and able to deliver precise financial data that contributes to informed business decision making. Responsibilities

Prepare and review IFRS-compliant financial statements and reports on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Utilize accounting software such as SAP Financial Accounting and Oracle Financials to maintain comprehensive and up-to-date financial records.
Perform bank reconciliations accurately and timely using appropriate bank reconciliation software to ensure consistency between company accounts and bank statements.
Maintain and update the general ledger to reflect all transactions, ensuring data integrity and adherence to accounting principles.
Support tax compliance activities, including preparation, reporting, and filing of required tax documents in accordance with relevant tax regulations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate financial data, facilitating efficient month-end and year-end closing processes.
Identify areas for improvement in current accounting processes and collaborate with finance teams to implement streamlined solutions.
Ensure adherence to company policies and external financial reporting requirements to maintain compliance and minimize risk.
Assist in audit preparation by organizing financial documents and responding to auditor inquiries as necessary.
Continuously update knowledge of accounting standards (including IFRS) and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
Provide accurate financial data and analysis to support management in making strategic business decisions.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and uphold ethical standards in all accounting functions.
