The Data Assistant is responsible for supporting tasks in data management procedures. This role involves gathering data, maintaining and updating databases, processing and organizing documentation, preparing progress reports, and analyzing data as needed.

The Data Assistant plays a key role in supporting data management and processing tasks across various departments or organizations. Responsibilities primarily involve handling, organizing, and ensuring the accuracy of data to assist in decision-making processes. The overall objective of a Data Assistant is to provide reliable and timely data support for efficient business operations, enabling departments and teams to work with up-to-date and accurate information.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Compile and gather data for processing and entering into databases.
Enter patient data with medical history in a relevant database.
Maintain databases for various types of activities and functionalities.
Enter and retrieve data from a database relating to administrative tasks and functions.
Handle data processing operations relating to specific or multiple projects.
Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
