A well-respected organization is seeking a qualified female candidate to fill the role of Senior Accounts Officer at their headquarters.
DESCRIPTION:
- Handling payment processing.
- Liaising with various departments for payment-related inquiries.
- Reconcile employee expense reports against company policies and receipts.
- Ensure proper coding of expenses, reconcile discrepancies, and resolve issues with employees to ensure accurate reimbursement of expenses.
- Conducting monthly meetings with departments.
- Submitting reports to relevant management and departments.
- Preparing ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Assisting with monthly closing procedures.
- Demonstrating ability to work independently and resolve issues.
- Completing other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Female candidate required.
- Good command on MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office.
EDUCATION :
Associate's degree or equivalent in accounting or finance.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in relevant field.
