Hire Hub is seeking a dedicated Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) to join its team. Responsibilities

  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal functioning and compliance with safety standards.
  • Adhere strictly to regulatory requirements and hospital policies related to laboratory safety and procedures.
  • Document laboratory procedures, test results, and maintenance activities accurately and timely.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to laboratory instruments and procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers by providing timely and accurate test data essential for diagnosis and treatment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including ensuring biohazard waste is managed according to guidelines.
  • Participate in continuing education and training opportunities to stay current with advances in medical laboratory technology.
