Responsibilities

Perform hematology analyses and other laboratory tests with precision and adherence to protocols.

Conduct regular quality control procedures to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of test results.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal functioning and compliance with safety standards.
Adhere strictly to regulatory requirements and hospital policies related to laboratory safety and procedures.
Document laboratory procedures, test results, and maintenance activities accurately and timely.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to laboratory instruments and procedures.
Collaborate with healthcare providers by providing timely and accurate test data essential for diagnosis and treatment.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including ensuring biohazard waste is managed according to guidelines.
Participate in continuing education and training opportunities to stay current with advances in medical laboratory technology.
