We are looking for dynamic and confident Female Call Center/Customer Support Executives with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update the system regularly.
- Achieve customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional support.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills in Urdu and English.
- Ability to handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
