We’re looking for a skilled Bookkeeper with a strong background in managing U.S.-based accounting tasks to join our team. This role offers the chance to work with international clients, bringing your expertise to handle finances accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Record and reconcile transactions across multiple accounts
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Generate financial reports and summaries
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance
- Collaborate with team members and U.S.-based clients to ensure financial accuracy
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably working with U.S. clients
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage time well
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus
