We are seeking to hire for our Chinese Telecom client for its project in Pakistan
Main Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in Wireless communication protocols such as 2G, 3G, 4G, and their associated standards.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience of Huawei wireless products and solutions including BTS3900/DBS3900 base stations, BSC6900/BSC6910 controllers, U2020 servers and related network elements.
- Expertise in configurations of Huawei 2G/3G/4G BTS3900/DBS3900, BSC&RNC 6900/6910
- Understanding of wireless features and product licenses are required.
- Responsible for project support integration and new nodes acceptances, understanding of BOQ and PO would be a plus.
- Strong understanding of Wireless design work.
- multi-tasking and able to lead a team of several engineers.
Professional Knowledge:
- Expert knowledge of Wireless, familiar with BTS/BSC/OSS solutions.
- Outstanding troubleshooting skills.
Business Skills:
- Effective Communication Capability: Effectively communicate with technical customers (mid-level) about technical solutions, project plans and progress and obtain customer support and recognition.
- Customer requirement Analysis and Guidance: Correctly understand, effectively analyze, and manage customer requirements.
- Technical problem-solving Capability: Solve complex technical problems of the product family through accurate analysis and location.

Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or relevant.
- 3-5 years of experience in Wireless network.
