Hillcrest Solutions (Private) Limited is seeking a highly capable Implementation Project Manager to lead critical projects within the telecommunications and IT infrastructure sectors. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of implementation projects within telecommunications and IT infrastructure domains, ensuring compliance with project scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Manage and mentor a team of five project professionals, setting clear goals, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply PMP methodologies and project management best practices to govern project processes and sustain a high standard of project execution.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, identify potential issues proactively, and implement corrective actions to minimize project impacts.
- Drive continuous process improvements by analyzing project performance data and recommending enhancements to project workflows and methodologies.
- Oversee technical aspects of projects across various domains such as wireless networks, fixed networks, data centers, software, and IT infrastructure, ensuring technical feasibility and adherence to standards.
- Prepare and present detailed project status reports, updates, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements throughout all stages of project implementation.
