Hillcrest Solutions (Private) Limited seeks a skilled Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of telecom networks. This role involves planning and managing network deployment activities, coordinating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards. The ideal candidate will supervise a team of five, overseeing site readiness, installation, commissioning, and quality control processes across various telecom infrastructure projects. The Implementation Manager will monitor project progress through key performance indicators, address any implementation issues promptly, and prepare detailed project status reports. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills are essential to successfully manage deployment projects, ensure material availability, and comply with safety procedures in the execution of 4G and 5G network rollouts.
Responsibilities

Plan and oversee all telecom network implementation and deployment activities according to project timelines and quality requirements.
Coordinate site readiness, including installation and commissioning processes, ensuring all resources are prepared and aligned.
Supervise a team of five site engineers, enforce compliance with safety standards, and provide direction and support throughout implementation.
Monitor project schedules, track progress using key performance indicators, and take corrective actions as necessary to keep deployment on track.
Manage relationships with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to facilitate effective communication and resolve implementation challenges.
Ensure the availability and quality of materials prior to deployment to prevent delays and maintain project standards.
Address and resolve any technical or operational issues arising during network deployment to uphold high-quality results.
Prepare comprehensive project status reports, document progress, and assist in the successful closure of projects.
Apply knowledge of telecom rollout processes such as RFI, ATP, QC/DQC to maintain adherence to industry standards.
Employ telecom project management tools to organize, schedule, and document deployment activities efficiently.
