• Must have adequate knowledge of the official environment.
  • Managing records of office-related documents.
  • Assisting the Floor managers in their day-to-day tasks.
  • Possess good communication skills both verbal and written,
  • Having a prior job role could be preferred.
  • Daily document handling i.e Dispatch of letters, cheques, reception of candidates' documents.
  • Hands-on experience of Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
  • Can handle daily calls and manage queries professionally. 

Qualification:

  • Mini Bachelors BA in English or Higher.
