We are seeking talented Data Center Engineers at various experience levels (Entry-Level, Experienced, and Senior) to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

For All Engineers (Entry-Level to Senior):

  • Deliver and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage devices, switches, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
  • Perform commissioning and integration of IT products based on technical documents and guides.
  • Support deployment, configuration, and acceptance testing processes.

For Experienced Engineers (3+ Years):

  • Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure projects, including storage and data backup solutions (e.g., EMC VMAX, HP 3PAR, HDS G Series).
  • Work with operating systems (Windows, Linux, Solaris, AIX) and volume management software (e.g., LVM, VxVM, SVM).
  • Lead large-scale storage migration projects (100TB+ data).

For Senior Engineers (4-6 Years):

  • Serve as a technical lead, managing project implementation, technical risks, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and deliver low-level designs and integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers to address and mitigate technical risks, ensuring smooth delivery and operational success.

Qualifications

Education: Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecom Engineering (required for all levels).

For Entry-Level Engineers (Fresh to 1 Year):

  • Basic knowledge of servers, storage, switches, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
  • Exposure to OpenStack, VMware, and Docker is preferred.

For Experienced Engineers (3-5 Years):

  • Proven expertise in IT infrastructure design, delivery, or maintenance.
  • Proficiency in storage products, data backup solutions, and volume management software.
  • Hands-on experience with storage migration projects and virtualization tools.

For Senior Engineers (4-6 Years):

  • Advanced experience in IT infrastructure delivery and leadership roles.
  • Strong skills in project design, deployment, and technical risk management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex IT projects.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with storage and backup solutions like EMC, HP, or HDS systems.
  • Expertise in virtualization platforms (OpenStack, VMware, Docker).
  • Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.
