Hillcrest Solutions Pvt. Ltd is seeking to hire a self-motivated, highly energetic and enthusiastic Accounts Executive for our client in Islamabad.
Responsibilities:
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information in accounting software.
- Prepare vouchers, bank receipts and payments.
- Preparing balance sheets profit and loss statements and other reports.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Reconciles financial Transaction, and discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secures financial information by completing database backups.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Follows Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Exhibits strong technical accounting knowledge
- Knows how to use popular accounting software
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, or a similar major is required.
- A master’s degree is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting/finance is required
