CUSTOMER Sales Representative

Responsibilities

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by HighTechNet to inform and assist customers effectively.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
Document customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the customer relationship management system.
Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team sales targets.
Follow company procedures for cash handling and sales reporting as required.
Participate actively in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Adhere to all workplace safety and security regulations, especially during night shift hours.
