Responsibilities:

Brand Building: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to establish and enhance our brand identity.
Digital Marketing: Oversee website optimization, manage social media presence, and execute targeted paid campaigns.
Lead Generation: Plan and implement campaigns using digital advertising, email marketing, and SEO/SEM strategies.
Local Marketing: Develop community-based initiatives, leverage customer reviews, and build trust in the local market.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), create detailed reports, and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
Collaboration & Leadership: Align marketing efforts with sales goals, identify co-marketing opportunities, and stay updated with the latest industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of marketing experience
Proven expertise in SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media management
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot)
Graphic or Web design team experience.
