  • Overseeing training programs to improve staff capabilities.
  • Conducting performance appraisals and managing career development.
  • Designing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Handling employee grievances with professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related fields.
  • Over 5 years of HR experience, ideally in the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in Pakistani labor laws and HR software.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
