We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. A growing company in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, and implementing HR strategies aligned with the business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle including talent acquisition and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee training and development programs for staff.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and manage career development plans.
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs.
- Maintain HR records and handle employee grievances.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
