HR Manager

The HR Manager at Hi Tech Plastics Engineering leads and manages all Human Resources functions across multiple business units, including HiTech Machinery and Sorrel Foods Pvt Ltd. This critical role offers strategic oversight and hands-on execution of comprehensive HR activities, ranging from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance. The HR Manager ensures alignment of HR operations with company goals while fostering a productive and compliant workplace environment. Leading a team of 5 HR professionals, this role demands strong leadership, effective communication, and thorough knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. The HR Manager manages end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborates with departmental leaders to meet staffing needs, and administers vital HR functions such as employee relations, disciplinary actions, attendance, payroll coordination, and policy implementation. The position also involves preparing reports and analytics to inform decision-making and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational development in a fast-paced industrial and FMCG environment.
Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle for HiTech Machinery and Sorrel Foods Pvt Ltd, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, onboarding, and induction.
Coordinate with departmental heads to understand and fulfill workforce requirements efficiently and timely.
Oversee all HR operations, including maintaining accurate employee records, managing attendance and leave, coordinating payroll processes, and ensuring employee documentation compliance.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and best practices to align with organizational objectives and statutory regulations.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, company policies, and relevant statutory requirements to mitigate risks.
Lead employee relations activities by managing performance evaluations, handling disciplinary actions, and implementing employee engagement programs to promote a positive work culture.
Prepare regular HR reports, data analytics, and workforce metrics to provide insights and recommendations for management review.
Support organizational development by initiating and facilitating continuous improvement of HR processes and systems across both companies.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 HR professionals ensuring efficient workflow and high performance within the HR function.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, industry trends, and HR best practices to advise management effectively.
