UK Chauffeur Controller

Heylux Chauffeur is seeking a detail-oriented UK Chauffeur Controller to join our team in Lahore. This role focuses on managing daily chauffeur operations, ensuring optimal driver scheduling, and maintaining seamless communication with clients. The ideal candidate will coordinate driver assignments, oversee fleet management activities, and use specialized transportation software to track and schedule chauffeur services efficiently. Attention to compliance management and excellent customer service skills are essential to success in this position. This is an individual contributor role and does not involve managing a team. The Chauffeur Controller plays a critical role in supporting Heylux Chauffeurs commitment to delivering exceptional service by handling chauffeur sales management, managing third-party relationships, and overseeing critical transport management systems such as TBMS and TFL. The candidate brings at least two years of experience in chauffeur or transportation dispatch operations and demonstrates proficiency in using driver scheduling software, booking systems, and compliance tools. Effective communication and time management are important, as this position ensures timely and accurate allocation of drivers and workflows, contributing to a smooth and reliable client experience.
Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage daily driver schedules to maximize efficiency and service reliability.
Oversee fleet management by monitoring vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and usage logs.
Utilize transportation and driver scheduling software to create, update, and optimize bookings and routes.
Monitor compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards using compliance management software.
Serve as a liaison between drivers, clients, and third parties to maintain clear communication and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Manage chauffeur sales processes by supporting booking requests, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring accurate data recording in relevant systems.
Operate and manage critical transport management systems including TBMS (Transport Booking Management System) and TFL (Traffic for London) related processes.
Handle third-party chauffeur service relationships, ensuring contracts and service levels meet company standards.
Maintain clear and professional telephone communication with clients and drivers, following established communication protocols.
Track key performance indicators related to driver performance, scheduling accuracy, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure all transportation activities comply with legal and safety requirements, immediately addressing any discrepancies or issues.
Support management by providing regular reports and updates on driver availability, job statuses, and operational challenges.
