You will be responsible for effectively managing the scheduling and dispatching of service calls, coordinating with field personnel, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to handle high-pressure situations, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and prioritize service requests, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of field personnel.
- Coordinate and communicate with field personnel to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor the status of ongoing service calls and provide updates as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, dispatch activities, and service outcomes.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and issues promptly and effectively.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on service call status and estimated arrival times.
- Utilize dispatch software and other tools to manage and optimize scheduling and dispatch activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all dispatch activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling, preferably in US campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
