• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to determine policy eligibility and appropriate coverage limits.
  • Analyze applicant information, including financial records, claims history, and market trends, to evaluate risk and determine premium rates.
  • Collaborate with insurance agents and brokers to gather necessary information, negotiate terms, and provide guidance on underwriting decisions.
  • Review and interpret insurance policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and company guidelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to make informed underwriting decisions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and agents.
  • Continuously monitor and assess the performance of policies within your portfolio, making necessary adjustments to mitigate risk and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including claims adjusters and actuaries, to ensure accurate and efficient underwriting processes.
  • Follow up on all claim progress on a daily basis. Keep a close check on the claim procedures being undergone by insurance companies
  • Follow up on client out standings & renewals.
  • Submit and update weekly Recovery Report in coordination with Assistant Accounts Manager.
  • Actively pursue relevant insurance education including ACII.
