We are looking for a qualified and motivated individual with a background in accounting or finance to handle the firm’s financial activities, including land acquisitions, banking loans, financial projections, and profitability analysis etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss statements and other financial reports.
- Manage banking operations including loans and related documentation.
- Handle land acquisition financials and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare financial projections, cash flow analysis, and budgets.
- Monitor inventory losses and implement strategies to reduce financial risk.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improved financial performance.
Qualifications:
- ACCA, MBA (Accounting), or MBA (Finance).
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in accounting/finance.
- Having a Construction/Architectural Firm Background would be a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, banking procedures, and business projections.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting/finance tools, MS Excel and Related Softwares.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of US Tax Law would be a plus.
