Accounts Officer Credential Requirement / Role Description:

 

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business or accounting and finance.
  • 1 or maximum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Maintains and updates customer Ledger.
  • Must have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
  • Excellent organization skills for maintaining clear, accurate and meticulous financial records for a company
  • Excellent efficiency for handling any accounting issues quickly with minimal interference.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
  • Assists Accounting Manager in reconciling revenue accounts each month.
  • Coordinate with sales department regarding sales order or if facing any issue to resolve.
  • Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
  • Managing financial transactions such as accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and payroll processing
  • Preparing financial statements and reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Monitoring and analyzing financial data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Coordinating with auditors and tax professionals to prepare financial statements and tax returns
  • Managing the accounting team and providing guidance and support to other departments within the organization
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
