We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented "Sales Officer" to join the team at their Head Office Lahore. Males are encouraged to apply.Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience. Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail, wellness, or consumer electronics.Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Job Description:
- Generate new business leads and identify opportunities for growth in assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including retailers, spas, hotels, and individual customers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales pitches to promote massage chairs and other massage products.
- Provide personalized solutions to meet the needs of customers and close sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the best product solutions.
- Provide detailed product information and address any customer concerns or inquiries.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and leads in the CRM system.
- Resolve any post-sale issues, ensuring timely delivery, setup, and customer satisfaction.
