Responsibilities

Manage daily branch operations to ensure efficient and smooth functioning.

Implement and enforce organizational policies, operational guidelines, and compliance requirements within the branch.
Support the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets through proactive monitoring and sales development.
Analyze daily sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Maintain effective inventory control and ensure availability of products to meet customer demand.
Coordinate with various departments to support operational activities and resolve any branch-level issues promptly.
Participate in business development planning activities to contribute to branch growth and expansion.
Ensure accurate administrative record-keeping and timely reporting to company leadership.
