At HealthCare, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to join our team. The Nurse plays a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of patients in our facility. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in patient care, basic life support, and infection control, while also having experience in patient assessment and CPR techniques. With a valid PNC and a diploma in general nursing, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective treatment plans. You will work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and effective communication are essential for the delivery of exceptional care. The Nurse will engage directly with patients to assess their medical conditions, document findings, and implement care plans accordingly. Our nurses are integral in educating patients and their families about health management and disease prevention. While this role does not require the management of a team, the Nurse will lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and empathy in patient interactions. The successful Nurse will be instrumental in maintaining infection control practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and providing a safe environment for patients and staff alike.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor patients' health conditions through regular observations and evaluations.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
  • Conduct patient assessments and document findings accurately in medical records.
  • Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily activities and rehabilitation exercises.

  • Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, utilizing basic life support and CPR techniques as necessary.
