- Greet customers warmly and ascertain the purpose of their visit to Health Plus Distributors.
- Attempt to resolve the problems by proposing solutions to customer inquiries.
- To make sure that the complaints are valid and must do whatever they can within bounds of their authority to make sure the customer is satisfied.
- To verify the accuracy of appointments from customers and route them to their respect departments.
- Initiates required action for reporting to relevant departments.
- Compile and maintain all required paperwork, records, and documents etc.
- Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills. Keep records of all calls.
- Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
- Understand and appropriately use the company policies.
- To provide information regarding departments.
- To guide customers to the concerned departments.
- To send all IT reports to companies.
- To manage returns through contact with customers, suppliers and sales team.
- To receive all incoming mail and handover to the doorstep to the concerned person.
- Communicates, implements and interprets client service policies and procedures with clients, client service personnel, and with other departments.
- To maintain return record.
- To monitor CCTV.
- To keep a record of visitor’s details
- To monitor and keep record of Gate Passes.
- To supervise the house keeping staff.
- To monitor and control the returns
- To share reports of front desk on daily basis.
- Any other task assigned by the Management.
