We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead the human capital strategy for a prominent organization based in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong multinational background and a proven track record in HR automation. This role demands deep expertise in developing and enforcing compliant, high-performing organizational policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for modernizing the HR infrastructure, streamlining operations, and fostering an agile culture that supports the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Policy Development: Design, review, and implement comprehensive organizational policies and procedures that ensure full compliance with local labor laws while aligning with global best practices.

HR Automation & Digital Transformation: Lead the adoption and continuous enhancement of HR information systems, automated payroll, performance management tools, and digital onboarding platforms to improve operational efficiency.

Organizational Change Management: Drive cultural transformation initiatives that promote agility and employee engagement, ensuring that talent strategies are closely aligned with business growth plans.

Compliance & Risk Management: Conduct thorough audits of existing HR processes to identify and mitigate statutory risks. Effectively manage employee relations, grievance resolution, and legal compliance matters.

Talent Development & Performance Management: Revise and enhance performance evaluation frameworks, succession planning, and leadership development programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Required Qualifications

- 10 to 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a mandatory background in a multinational corporation (MNC).
- At least 10 years of focused experience in policy drafting, implementation, and enforcement.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in digitizing HR operations and managing large-scale organizational change.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Karachi.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHRi are highly desirable.
- Competitive salary package of up to PKR 500,000 per month.
- This is a full-time, in-person position located in Karachi.
