SEO Specialist / Upwork Bidder

Hdms IT Services is seeking a dedicated SEO Specialist / Upwork Bidder to join our team. This role requires an individual who excels both in performing comprehensive search engine optimization tasks and in strategically bidding for projects on the Upwork platform. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in SEO and Upwork bidding, strong English communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is an on-site position with working hours from 12 PM to 10 PM Pakistan Standard Time, and candidates must have their own laptop. As a specialist, you will focus on implementing effective SEO strategies to increase our clients' online visibility and driving successful project acquisitions through competitive and well-crafted proposals on Upwork.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough keyword research to identify optimal search terms for clients target audiences.
Perform detailed SEO audits to analyze on-page, technical, and off-page SEO factors affecting website performance.
Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings, ensuring all on-page elements comply with SEO best practices.
Develop and implement effective link building strategies to increase domain authority and referral traffic.
Analyze competitor SEO strategies to identify opportunities and risks that can inform client campaigns.
Use SEMrush and other SEO tools to monitor keyword rankings, backlink profiles, site traffic, and other performance metrics.
Prepare and submit proposals on the Upwork platform, tailoring bid content to align with client needs and project specifications.
Manage multiple Upwork bids simultaneously, maintaining consistent follow-up and communication with potential clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SEO trends, Google algorithm changes, and changes in Upwork bidding strategies.
Collaborate with web development and GHL teams for technical SEO improvements, web page deployment, and campaign execution.
Track and report on SEO campaign performance and Upwork bidding success metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure all SEO and bidding activities adhere to company policies and maintain high-quality standards.
Work onsite during designated hours (12 PM to 10 PM PK time) and utilize personal laptop resources effectively.
