Office Driver

HD Staffing Solutions is seeking a responsible and experienced Office Driver to support our operational needs during the evening shift. The ideal candidate is a mature individual over 40 years old with at least one year of driving experience. This role involves the safe and timely transportation of employees, documents, and other office-related materials as needed to various locations. The driver must strictly adhere to traffic laws and company protocols to ensure safety and efficiency. The selected candidate is expected to maintain the company vehicle in optimal condition through regular inspections and basic upkeep. This position requires punctuality, awareness of traffic conditions, and excellent time management skills to meet scheduled appointments and deadlines. The role does not involve managing a team but requires a proactive attitude and reliability to contribute to the smooth functioning of daily office operations.
Responsibilities

Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently during evening shifts, following all traffic laws and regulations.
Transport employees, documents, and office supplies to designated locations in a timely manner.
Conduct regular vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
Plan routes effectively to avoid delays caused by traffic or road conditions.
Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to the management team.
Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
Assist with loading and unloading of materials when necessary.
Demonstrate punctuality by arriving on time for all scheduled trips and duties.
Comply with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information encountered during transportation.
