HR Assistant

Responsibilities

Support performance management processes by assisting with evaluations and development plans.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal standards.
Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and recommend strategic HR solutions.
Stay current with changes in employment legislation and industry trends to ensure organizational compliance.
