The specialist works independently without team management responsibilities but plays a critical role in maintaining system functionality and supporting end-users. As an IT Support Specialist at Hd Staffing Solution, you are responsible for delivering timely and professional remote and on-site support. You troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, perform system diagnostics, manage Active Directory accounts, and maintain IT assets. Your role includes installing and updating software, running system maintenance, and utilizing debugging and diagnostic tools to improve system reliability. You contribute to the overall IT department's success by ensuring minimal downtime and assisting users in their technology needs with clear communication and effective problem-solving techniques.
Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
