We are seeking a detail-oriented Manager Procurement to manage procurement processes and optimize purchasing activities. This role involves vendor management, purchase order processing, cost analysis, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
NOTE: Candidates with experience in the Faisalabad market and residents from Faisalabad or the surroundings of Chak Jhumra, who can easily join the office daily, are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing procurement strategies.
- Manage relationships and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
- Process and track purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant teams.
- Conduct market research and cost analysis to identify savings opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with procurement regulations and company policies.
- Resolve procurement-related issues and support team collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of procurement experience Min.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
