Production Manager

HB Instruments, Manufacturers of Beauty, Manicure & Pedicure Instruments is seeking a dedicated Production Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the production process within our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will lead a team of 25 professionals, driving efficiency and excellence from the planning stage through to final product delivery. This role requires a strong focus on production planning, lean manufacturing principles, and quality control to ensure products meet stringent standards and are delivered on time and within budget. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and utilizing enterprise resource planning systems to streamline operations. The Production Manager will optimize processes by implementing just-in-time production techniques and cost control measures while managing inventory and supply chain logistics. The role demands close attention to daily production reports, averages, and scheduling to guarantee a smooth workflow. Experience with material requirements planning and budget management is essential to support continuous improvement and operational success. This position is ideal for a results-oriented leader with at least two years of experience in production management who excels in team leadership and process optimization.

Utilize enterprise resource planning systems to update production data, monitor outputs, and streamline operational workflows.
Ensure all production activities comply with quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
Generate, analyze, and review daily production reports and averages to track progress and identify improvement opportunities.
Implement just-in-time production strategies to enhance responsiveness and reduce inventory levels.
Collaborate across departments including supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance to resolve production issues promptly.
Drive continuous process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions that improve throughput and product quality.
Oversee the timely delivery of finished products by controlling production schedules and adjusting resources as needed.
