Roles / Responsibilities / Authorities:
• Analyse business requirements and assist in transforming them into functional and technical specifications.
• Work directly with the Development and QA teams to facilitate the translation of requirements into appropriate designs as well as test and deployment plans.
• Functional and non-functional analysis and documentation using appropriate techniques including; task analysis, storyboards, surveys, business process redesign, use cases, user stories, scenarios, competitor analysis, task and workflow analysis.
• Participation in peer reviews and inspections of requirement documents and work derived from requirements, to ensure compliance and traceability throughout the project.
• Develop and maintain training manuals for the clients.
• Contribute to the Agile delivery of software solutions, learning and applying established methodologies.
• Engage in various project activities like Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Support process enhancements within the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Help in maintaining project documentation and requirements.
Competence Criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field from a well renowned institute.
• Up to 1 year of experience or a recent graduate with relevant internships or projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and eagerness to learn more, particularly Scrum.
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Great communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Interest or exposure to healthcare IT and Software Development Life Cycle processes.
• Familiarity with project management tools would be advantageous.
