HAS Concepts is looking for fresh and experienced Call Center Representatives for a USA-based DME campaign. Fresh and experienced candidates can also apply, but prior call center experience is a plus point.
Pay Range: 20,000 to 30,000 + Commissions
Shift Timings: 7 PM to 2 AM (Night Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday.
Required Qualification & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment (Fresh candidates can also apply)
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
