- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Provide technical support to end-users in person, over the phone, or via remote desktop.
- Set up accounts for new users, including email and other applications.
- Manage and monitor security infrastructure, including CCTV, firewalls and antivirus programs.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security.
- Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
- Assist in the documentation of IT procedures and processes.
