You will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, managing talent acquisition, developing HR policies, and supporting employee engagement and development.

The incumbent will be responsible to:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives and align with the firm's mission and values.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, disputes, and grievances, working to resolve issues fairly and on time.
  • Implement and manage performance evaluation systems, providing guidance and support to managers and employees
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and promote career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Collect and analyze HR data to provide insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Supervise and mentor HR staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
