Warehouse & Retail Store Officer

Haroon Chemicals is seeking a dedicated Warehouse & Retail Store Officer to maintain efficient warehouse and retail shop operations. This role focuses on accurate inventory management, precise stock control, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate manages daily stock records meticulously, ensuring seamless communication between the warehouse and shop. Responsibilities include prompt reporting of stock movements and addressing any incidents or shortages effectively. This position requires handling reception inquiries and phone calls with professionalism and maintaining multiple tasks concurrently to support the smooth functioning of business operations. The role demands strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and clear communication in Urdu and English. The Warehouse & Retail Store Officer works independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, supporting the company’s operational goals. The candidate must hold a master's or a bachelor’s degree at minimum and bring 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse or retail store management. A valid driving license is also necessary. This position does not involve team management but requires excellent teamwork skills to contribute effectively within the workplace.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate daily stock records for both warehouse and retail shop ensuring all data is up to date.
Record and report all stock movements promptly between warehouse and retail locations to guarantee inventory accuracy.
Check and process customer goods immediately using the Gate Pass system to uphold tracking and security standards.
Report any incidents, shortages, or irregularities during working hours without delay to relevant authorities.
Handle reception inquiries and telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner, representing the company positively.
Perform routine warehouse and retail shop tasks efficiently to support daily business operations and maintain workflow.
Carry out multiple coordinated tasks effectively to assist various departments and ensure operational continuity.
Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken Urdu, while demonstrating basic to intermediate proficiency in English.
Utilize strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize responsibilities and achieve operational targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards within warehouse and retail environments.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse and retail spaces to foster a safe and welcoming atmosphere.
Support inventory audits and participate in periodic stock-taking exercises to verify records against physical inventory.
Assist in training support staff or new employees when necessary to maintain high operational standards.
Operate company vehicles safely if required, adhering to traffic regulations, supported by a valid driving license.
