Key Responsibilities

Finance Management

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the project in accordance with HDF policies and donor requirements.
  2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including expense tracking, budget analysis, and variance reports.
  3. Process payments, including salaries, vendor invoices, and other project-related expenses, ensuring proper documentation.
  4. Assist in the preparation of budgets for proposals and project implementation.
  5. Manage petty cash and ensure compliance with internal financial controls.
  6. Coordinate audits, both internal and external, and provide all necessary documentation.

Compliance and Reporting

  1. Ensure all financial and administrative processes comply with HDF’s policies and donor guidelines.
  2. Support the Project Manager in preparing and submitting project reports to donors and stakeholders.
  3. Monitor expenditures to ensure they align with the project’s budget and activities.
