Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Implementation

Coordinate the implementation of project activities in Haveli District, ensuring alignment with objectives related to:

Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA): Supporting the adoption of climate-resilient farming techniques, value chain development, and food security initiatives.
Capacity Building: Leading skill development programs for youth and persons with disabilities, promoting inclusive economic opportunities.
Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR): Facilitating afforestation/reforestation and land use planning to enhance community resilience to disasters.
Renewable Energy: Supporting the installation of off-grid renewable energy solutions and ensuring their sustainability.

Develop district-specific action plans in collaboration with community groups and project teams, ensuring timely delivery of planned activities.
Supervise and support local teams in implementing activities, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Community Engagement & Mobilization

Facilitate the formation of community-based groups such as Village Farmers Groups (VFGs) and Village Disaster Management Committees (VDMCs).
Conduct community mobilization campaigns to raise awareness about climate resilience, disaster preparedness, and livelihood diversification opportunities.
Engage women, youth, and persons with disabilities, ensuring their active participation in training programs, afforestation drives, and renewable energy initiatives.

Capacity Building & Training

Organize and deliver training sessions on climate-smart practices, risk management, and renewable energy technologies in collaboration with technical experts.
Coordinate mentorship and apprenticeship opportunities for youth and persons with disabilities, promoting self-reliance and economic empowerment.
Support community nurseries, demonstration farms, and skill development centers to serve as hubs for training and resource distribution.

Monitoring & Reporting

Conduct regular field visits to monitor project progress, ensuring activities are implemented effectively and beneficiaries are engaged.
Compile and submit detailed progress reports, including success stories, lessons learned, and challenges, to the Project Manager.
Collaborate with the MEAL team to track outcomes, collect data, and ensure accountability to donors and beneficiaries.

Stakeholder Engagement

Liaise with district authorities, government departments (e.g., Agriculture, Disaster Management, Renewable Energy), and local NGOs to align project activities with district-level development plans.
Represent the Hamza Development Foundation in district-level coordination forums and advocate for project objectives.
Foster partnerships with community leaders and private sector stakeholders to enhance the sustainability of interventions.

Administrative Oversight

Manage district-level project resources, including budgets, equipment, and materials, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Ensure adherence to donor requirements and maintain accurate records of all financial and operational transactions.
