Hajj & Umrah Sales Executive

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Hajj & Umrah Sales Executive based in Karachi with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling pilgrimage packages, managing customer inquiries, and providing tailored recommendations to clients. This role requires strong follow-up skills to convert leads into confirmed bookings while ensuring excellent customer service. The position operates on an evening shift and offers a competitive salary range.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively sell Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage packages to prospective clients.
- Handle incoming inquiries promptly and professionally, providing detailed information about available options.
- Recommend suitable pilgrimage packages based on customer preferences and requirements.
- Follow up consistently on leads to maximize sales conversion rates.
- Coordinate and manage booking processes, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions using MS Office and WhatsApp Business tools.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in sales, preferably in the travel or pilgrimage sector.
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fluency in both Urdu and English to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
- Strong sales and communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and WhatsApp Business for daily operations.
