As a Front Desk Officer at our Hair Transplant Clinic branch, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Interaction:
o Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
o Assist clients with scheduling appointments, rescheduling, and cancellations.
o Answer phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate staff member.
o Provide information about the services offered at the clinic, including hair transplant procedures, pricing, and aftercare.
2. Appointment Management:

o Confirm appointments with clients via phone calls or emails.
