- Drive end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding to ensure timely and effective hiring.
- Identify and engage high-quality candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and headhunting.
- Conduct preliminary screenings, assess candidate skills and cultural fit, and shortlist for hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, provide feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring manager to understand workforce needs, job specifications, and talent requirements.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports to optimize hiring processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, talent market insights, and best recruitment practices to attract top talent.
- Conduct job analysis with department heads to define role requirements and ensure up-to-date job descriptions.
- Focus on recruiting specialized technical roles, ensuring candidates meet required technical expertise.
