Plan and execute yearly, monthly, and daily production schedules based on sales forecasts and capacity. Ensure timely material availability through coordination with imports, sourcing, and suppliers, while monitoring efficiency, BOM consumption, and 6S compliance.
Job Duties:
- Develop and execute yearly, monthly, and daily production plans aligned with sales forecasts, capacity, and efficiency targets.
- Coordinate with Imports, Local PPC, 3rd sourcing, and Paint Department to ensure timely parts availability, customs clearance, and smooth production flow.
- Monitor material requirements, BOM consumption, and ensure availability on T-1 basis while minimizing over-usage and waste.
- Lead OPSI and planning meetings (T-3 & T-1 basis) with cross-functional teams to align production, material ordering, and sales requirements.
- Handle parts audits, claims, and supplier coordination (local/China) to resolve issues and maintain quality compliance.
- Ensure timely plan release, documentation, and adherence to 6S standards for organized and safe shop floor management.
