Manager IMS / Quality

The manager safeguards compliance by managing audits and addressing corrective actions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through training, awareness campaigns, and quality initiatives. They will collaborate closely with Customer Service and After-Sales teams to address complaints and improve product and service quality. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as PSQCA and EPA, complemented by expertise in internal auditing, risk assessment, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Engineering and extensive experience in IMS or Quality within manufacturing, as well as the skills to lead cross-functional teams and influence organizational change.
Responsibilities

Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) aligned with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
Develop and align IMS policies, processes, and objectives with organizational goals while ensuring full compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
Create departmental and organizational objectives using the SMART approach and monitor performance through regular reviews.
Standardize and continuously enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in compliance with ISO standards and internal requirements, driving organization-wide adoption.
Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits for Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), ensuring audits are timely and documented.
Identify compliance gaps from audits and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure prompt resolution across all departments.
Collaborate with Customer Service and After-Sales teams to analyze and address customer complaints, warranty claims, and feedback, implementing quality improvement initiatives.
Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Service Agreements (QSAs) to uphold consistent service standards and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Promote a culture of quality and continual improvement by leading quality awareness campaigns, organizing training sessions, and driving initiatives such as Quality Month.
Ensure organizational compliance with PSQCA, EPA, and other statutory, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Lead and manage a team of four IMS and quality professionals, providing direction, mentoring, and performance management to achieve team goals.
Coordinate cross-functional projects to integrate and improve IMS processes, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among diverse business units.
Develop and maintain ISO documentation, deliver training, and conduct awareness programs to reinforce IMS understanding and compliance across the organization.
Utilize risk assessment and continuous improvement techniques to identify areas of opportunity and implement effective solutions enhancing operational efficiency.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates to ensure the organization remains current with best practices and compliance obligations.
