- Lead machine breakdown diagnosis and resolution, minimizing downtime and improving reliability through effective strategies.
- Manage new projects related to machinery/equipment and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and manage business plans, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for maintenance operations.
- Oversee equipment management by ensuring smooth operations, implementing regular checks, and maintaining condition monitoring schedules.
- Manage spare parts inventory, ensure correct usage, and handle procurement to support uninterrupted operations.
- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance while driving Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives for optimal performance.
- Track and analyze utilities consumption data, maintain detailed records, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement and sustain 6S principles in the maintenance area, conducting audits and promoting a clean, safe, and efficient workplace.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards through audits, inspections, and continuous process improvements.
